Texas Governor Rick Perry attended the CNBC televised debate yesterday.  He said he would get rid of ‘three agencies of goverment’ include ‘education and uh…and uh…and uh…’ and this went on for the best part of a minute. Perry is sometimes described as ‘George Bush on steroids.’
