Pony Lounge & Dining<\/em> is a tapas eatery that Jen and I stumbled across while wandering around The Rocks in Sydney.\u00a0 It’s a pretty trendy looking bistro that offers up a modern Australian form of tapas which basically means its a hodge podge of food from just about everywhere.\u00a0 For our seven courses we had a mixture of meats, seafood and vege that was pretty tasty and also reasonably priced.\u00a0 My favourite course was the sashimi spring roll.\u00a0 I can’t say I’ve heard it done before so there was a bit of novelty about it.\u00a0 More importantly, it tasted awesome.<\/p>\n

I came away pretty impressed with Pony<\/em>.\u00a0 So it was great to read on their website that they’re planning on branching out of Sydney and opening a bistro in Brisbane.<\/p>\n
