Pixar recently released a teaser trailer for their new film Brave which is due out in 2012. It will be their first fairytale and also their first film with a female protagonist. Somewhat controversially, it was also due to be their first film with a female director but Brenda Chapman has since left the project.
What we do know is that the film is very, very Scottish. How Scottish? Just look at this cast of voice actors – Kelly McDonald, Robbie Coltrane, Craig Ferguson and Billy Connelly.
I also think the trailer looks fantastic and full of promise.
