By the time the Phoenix play GCU on Sunday it will have been 233 DAYS since they last played a competitive match!
Bit nervous about this season as we haven’t done much recruiting and have had loads of trouble with Seripisos going broke but quietly confident we can make the play-offs. Come on PHOENIX!
Would also add that Adelaide on paper look to be the team to beat with a nicely balanced squad of experienced and proven A-League performers. Victory have a shiteload of attacking stuff but nothing at the back. Roar will be good again this year though I think.
I am convinced we’ll lose our undefeated streak tomorrow. Feeling super pessimistic 🙁
Bit like waiting for xmas day when your a kid really. First year holding a season ticket for Roar and haven’t had a build up like this since…..well never. Triple header of games to start the season tomorrow, bring it.
