Hey Everyone,

To get 2013 kicked off, I’ll be a writing a series of entries about my recent three week vacation in America.  The short version of events is that I had a lovely time and the people there were wonderful.  But I was fortunate to do a good number of activities in my 3 weeks and I’d like to write about my experiences which included dining at three world class restaurants, firing an assault rifle, seeing Al Pacino on Broadway and catching up with some old friends from high school.

I’ll be a little bit slow to start with as I overcome some blog-rust (it’s been five weeks!) but in due course, I’m hopeful that I can put together some cohesive and insightful observations about this country while its still fresh in my mind.

I’ll have my first proper blog on here by the end of the week and it’ll be all about Los Angeles.
